As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our projects at every stage of the process. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our business operations leading with expertise and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the project management and on-site activities.

    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

    • Monitor and manage project workflows to ensure timely completion.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and support the project management and on-site field services teams.

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

  • Project Management:

    • Supervise the project management team to ensure all projects are planned, executed, and delivered to clients' satisfaction.

    • Review project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    • Ensure clear communication with clients regarding project status, changes, and any issues that arise.

  • Field Services Oversight:

    • Working with our Installation Manager, coordinate and oversee the on-site field services, ensuring they meet quality standards and client specifications.

    • Manage field service schedules and logistics to optimise efficiency and minimise disruptions.

    • Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.

  • Quality Control:

    • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards are met across all projects.

    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of field services to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

  • Resource Management:

    • Manage resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, to maximise productivity and minimise costs.

  • Health and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the workplace and on field service sites.

    • Working with our HSE Manager, conduct regular safety training and audits to promote a safe working environment.


  • Experience in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
