How we leveraged an existing partnership to execute a rapid, 20-store brand implementation of a critical logo change across a major UK wine retailer in just six weeks.

Overview

Following a subtle, but significant, redesign of their company logo Majestic called on us to undertake a rapid makeover for each designated outlet - each designed to give their customers their same high quality visitor experience.

Requirement

Sometimes it’s the subtle changes to a company logo that require just as much attention to detail as a major reworking.

This was the case with upmarket wine warehouse chain Majestic which needed to introduce its new signage to 20 of its UK stores, all within a demanding six week programme.

Solution

Given our existing relationship with Majestic we were familiar with their store format, and the way in which they want to guide their customers through their extensive range of wines. Whilst familiarity with an existing client brings with it obvious advantages, we never make assumptions.

And with this particular brief we not only had to take on board new brand and design guidelines but apply them to a bespoke design and installation from scratch for each store.

This particular project is a perfect example of how an existing relationship enabled us to adapt at speed to a new design, and ensure we delivered 20 individually store sign solutions within their designated timeframe.
