As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Signage Production Manager to lead and manage our signage production team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring high-quality output, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines. Key Responsibilities

  • Production Management:

    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the entire signage production process from conception to completion.

    • Maintain production schedules to meet client deadlines.

    • Ensure all signage is produced to high-quality standards and specifications.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage the production team and supervisors, providing guidance, training, and support.

    • Conduct regular performance reviews and address any performance issues promptly.

    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • Quality Control:

    • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet company and client standards.

    • Inspect and approve final products before delivery.

  • Resource Management:

    • Maintain and manage production equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and troubleshooting any issues.

  • Project Management:

    • Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Monitor project budgets and timelines, adjusting as necessary to stay within scope.

  • Health and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the production area.

    • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the production team.
