Requirement

With no design firm involved, but a major sign rollout planned, we worked in close collaboration with Dell to explore every aspect of the project.

This required updating their sign standards and brand guidelines, incorporating their updated logo and material specification, including cost-effective design solutions. From this we prototyped all major signs within the Dell brand family and then moved on to their large-scale manufacture.

Challenge

To deliver a global project, which spanned multiple continents and time zones, our design teams had to employ a flexible work pattern to fit in with wide variances in work days.

Solution

Our global online client portal played a key role to ensure that design, installation and project management teams could access a single point of contact to update the progress of each individual project and download important design and material specifications. This also ensured the project remained on track.
