A rapid 3 month global rebrand for this iconic aviation brand
An ambitious rebranding project for the Lear Corporation, following its acquisition of 12 Grupo Antolin sites, focused on delivery of external and internal signage and wayfinding.
Given the challenging time-frame, our first job was to undertake a detailed survey and audit of all twelve sites to understand the scale of the project.
We then devised brand books which took into consideration available facilities and local requirements. With this type of project, consistency and quality are paramount, as well as a detailed understanding of local regulations, and the logistics required to deliver the project on time, and within budget.
The Morocco location was particularly challenging due to the very specific permit constraints for the site, which needed careful planning at the very outset of the project.
Using our partner network and our own resources we were able to deliver against a challenging time-frame.
This project drew on our wealth of experience delivering a rapid brand rollout in a range of different countries, where our knowledge of logistics and the potential pitfalls of local regulations enabled us to exceed our client’s expectations..
