Scale: Initial contract for new corporate signage across 5 geographically dispersed, fully operational retail sites.
Requirement: Translate a distinctive new brand identity, centered around the 'Drive to Net Zero' sustainability mission, into physical signage while delivering clear value for money.
Solution: Provided a consultative, value-engineered design solution that established new, sustainable corporate signage standards reflecting the net-zero brand focus.
Delivery: Managed the full brand implementation roll-out across all 5 live retail environments under a very tight 3-month timeframe.
Result: The success of the trial sites led directly to two immediate, subsequent contract commissions (Bury and Canterbury) in 2024.
