A global brand implementation project followed by ongoing maintenance

18
month programme
Requirement
The key elements of this project were to undertake a global rebrand sign rollout across 207 sites, then provide a continuous maintenance programme.
A UK-based telecoms giant, with a global presence, their change from British Telecommunications to BT involved an ambitious new sign roll out programme which involved all external signs, interior signage and decoration. A key element of the interior ‘making good’ programme was to deliver internal branding across their various offices and call centres.
Challenge
The project also involved some technically challenging high level sign installations on several key buildings, including Birmingham and Ipswich in the UK (requiring helicopters and abseillers respectively), and Mumbai in India.
Project assessment
BT is a great example of how our work on a major brand implementation roll out leads to the subsequent ongoing maintenance.
One of the advantages of moving on from a roll-out programme to a maintenance contract is that we bring with us all the technical and project management expertise built up through the initial project, thereby saving time and money through acquired knowledge of the brand and the scale of the property estate.
