Overview

Following the sale by Johnson Controls of its Power Solutions division we were appointed to perform a careful brand neutralisation programme within a 4 week time frame, followed by a new brand implementation.

Requirement

Legal compliance gave the momentum to this fast paced project which drew on our globally-placed network to remove the Johnson Controls brand and replace it with a standardised temporary signage.

Solution

To deliver on scale (86 sites across 20 countries) we devised a temporary signage package which was not only cost effective, but met their legal obligations.

Creating the new sign family for Clarios brought with it the additional complication of their logo and gradation which was resolved by expert digital printing and then applied to each sign to create a brand identity true to its proposed design.

A good example of how our technical expertise and agility, on a global scale, can help clients meet challenging legal obligations arising from a sale or acquisition of a subsidiary.
